The yacht type and the destination determines the advance payment done at the time of booking. All prices are quoted in US Dollars and paying with local currency the prices are calculated based on the price of the local currency in Dollars which is quoted on the day of the payments.

The party vessel which are suited for larger groups and dinner cruises are U.S. Coast Guard certified, which determines their capacity. Cancellation by charterer (you) for any reason must be received forty-eight (48) Hours prior to the scheduled departure date; otherwise we may assess a thirty (30%) percent of the charter hire agreement as liquidated damages. However, that if we are able to rebook the yacht for all or part of the charter period, we shall refund to Charterer any amount by which the sums received from Charterer (less a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total charter hire and all expenses incurred in arranging the rebooking) and the charter hire received from the substitute charterer for the rebooked dates exceed, in aggregate, the charter hire payable hereunder. If we must cancel, monies paid shall be refunded in full by us to the Charterer.

Yes, we will call a company to do a rendezvous (deliver & pickup) to your charter wherever you are at the moment. You may rent it by the hour. Renting of a jet ski or any type of watercraft is solely possible when chartering one of our yachts. Keep in mind our vessels have jet ski included on the yacht.

Yes, our yacht is insured by owner and our company also carries liability insurance. Owner shall keep the Yacht fully insured for the full term of the charter period. Owner’s insurance policy, however, does not cover Charterer’s protection and indemnity during the term of the charter, and Charterer can take the charge of the coverages if they want. Charterers should not go beyond the owner’s insurance policy. including, without limitation, the navigational limits it imposes.
